Okay, I get the missing “13” (bad luck in Western cultures) and no numbers with “4” in them (bad luck in Chinese and Japanese cultures), and the –1 is clever, but where’s the zero? C’mon Asian people, we’re supposed to be good at math!

LoL. This is funny. I hope they realize that changing the number still means that 14 (or is it 16 now?) is still the 13th floor. This building is confusing. I hope people who live/work there are not accountants.
Have you ruled out the possibility that this elevator predates zero?
