I have a T-Mobile SIM card I use when I am in the states. Costs me $3.00/day for unlimited everything except calls back to Canada.
Get an unlocked phone. Then you can pop in any SIM card. I’m in Italy right now, and when I got here I just picked up a Vodafone SIM, and popped it in my phone, and am enjoying more wireless data, talk time, and text messages than I will ever need for the two weeks I’m here, and it’s cheaper than Bell or Rogers massively overpriced “Roaming” plans.
